Here is an interesting article by the Economist.
My parents are arriving tonight in Lima. The "clausura" or graduation ceremony at the Refuge is tonight as well so Tricia is going to Lima to pick them up. We are going to spend some time here in Pucallpa and then go to Machu Picchu which is where we will wake up on Christmas morning. It should definitely be an interesting Christmas.
Saturday I will talk at the graduation ceremony of some of the younger kids at the Refuge. I am the "padrino", or godfather of the ceremony which means I have to talk. I think they will probably prefer Spanish so I will need to prepare.
